THE POSITION:
Kooltronic has an excellent career opportunity based at our corporate office in Pennington, New Jersey. The individual will be responsible for a wide range of sales activities focused on existing sales along with new business development. This individual will report to the Manager of Business Development and the Director of Sales. Key elements of the assignment include:
Responsible for regional sales activities
Direct the sales efforts of the regional manufactures representatives and distributor network
Participate in trade show activity
Some travel required
Develop new business via targeted accounts and markets
Perform follow-up and input on targeted markets / industries
Compile and report on new business, sales leads and monthly reports
Communicate competitive assessments and developments
Interact with sales, engineering and production
Process sales orders
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
BS / BA Degree in Marketing or Engineering preferred
Strong organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Computer literate with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, CRM a plus.
