_HOPEWELL, N.J......With the introduction of a compact (28"W X 15½"H X 13"D), economical TEC100 ERV, TherMax can offer residential builders and HVAC contractors an IAQ/Energy Recovery solution for virtually any single or multi-family application or small commercial installation.

The compact design allows for mounting between joints in either basement or attic. Front and rear access doors allow for right-to-left or left-to-right installation as well as vertical installation where required.

Key features of the unit are a polymer energy exchanger element which recovers up to 75% of the heating/cooling energy of the exhausted air; standard 115V-60 Hz. household power; 6" duct connectors; industrial grade, self-supporting steel cabinet; long-life baked powder paint finish and a limited lifetime warranty of the exchanger element with a 5 year warranty on the full unit.

This 110 CFM ducted unit joins TherMax’s current 175 to 350 CFM ducted units and 80 to 120 CFM window/thru-wall units. These ventilators provide a wide range of residential properties with the ASHRAE Standard 62-89 recommended ventilation for acceptable Indoor Air Quality. This, in turn, allows builders and HVAC contractors to promote and provide a healthier "IAQ Efficient" and energy efficient environment to their homeowners.
