The EP56, a new generation of our Intrepid outdoor series, offers maximum cooling capacity while maintaining an expertly crafted and stylishly designed exterior.
The EP56 cools, dehumidifies and then recirculates the clean, cooled air to provide protection from high temperatures and airborne contaminants. Made of heavy duty galvanized steel with a textured baked powder finish, the EP56 is durable and blends easily with contemporary enclosure designs.
The EP56 features include a sheet-metal construction designed for quick access to internal components, a compact mounting footprint, environmentally-friendly refrigerant, temperature control thermostat and a complete line of accessories. A special feature of the EP56 is the condenser fan speed controller, which delivers significant noise reduction.
The EP56 Air Conditioner has a cooling capacity of 30,000 BTU/H, and offers the option of either top or bottom evaporator air discharge. The EP56 is UL/CUL Recognized and maintains a NEMA 3R Enclosure Rating. NOTE: 230V models with Short Cycle Protector are not RoHS compliant.
